Our Client, a global alternative investment manager, is looking for a strong deals counsel to join their London based team and cover a broad structured finance brief.
This role comes at a time of sustained growth in the Credit Solutions platform at the firm.
The role would be an excellent move for an ambitious private practice Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate looking to go in-house at a leading investment manager.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in a ranked Structured Finance practice
- Minimum 5-7 PQE
- Exposure to insurance capital or insurance-linked structures highly desirable
- In-house experience highly desirable, not mandatory
- Right to work in the UK
