An excellent opportunity has arisen for a maintenance manager to join a leading, global manufacturing company.

The company are an industry leader, a highly respected, international business and you will be tasked with leading the maintenance department across the site, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards, inspiring and empowering the team.

This is a busy, fast paced 24/7 manufacturing site in Chesterfield. You will have direct responsibility for around 15 reports, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and you will have full responsibility for the maintenance function.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a senior leadership role within a highly respected international business, where you will have the autonomy and authority to shape the future success of the team, improving processes, and having a key contribution to long term strategic decisions.

* Proven management experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Engineering qualification
* Strong leadership skills
