We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to lead the growth of a prestigious, award-winning luxury drinks brand across London's most influential hospitality venues in London.
It's an opportunity for a well-connected industry professional to become the driving force behind a young, but highly regarded premium spirit brand, building relationships with the best on-trade venues in London
The Role
You will:
- Secure listings within London's most prestigious bars, restaurants and luxury hotels.
- Create advocacy and excitement around the brand through tastings, events and industry engagement
- Identify iconic venues and strategic partnerships that elevate brand visibility and desirability
- Lead commercial growth while maintaining impeccable premium brand standards.
- Work with the Founder to develop a strategy for the UK on-trade and, in time, grow and manage a small team
Who We're Looking For
You are likely to have:
- 5+ years' experience within premium drinks sales
- An outstanding network across London's premium on-trade sector.
- A proven ability to win influential accounts and create long-term partnerships.
- Strong credibility with hospitality professionals and opinion leaders
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment
- You must be London based
