People Partner - £65K DOE

We are partnering with an established brand to hire a People Partner into their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships across the business, and isn't afraid to get involved in the detail when needed.
You'll partner with managers across the business to deliver HR support while helping ensure people processes run efficiently and consistently. You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting leaders through the full employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide practical advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters.
- Lead and support employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, and PIPS.
- Design and facilitate engaging manager workshops and training sessions to strengthen leadership capability.
- Communicate updates to employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice, ensuring managers remain informed and compliant.
- Provide operational HR support where required, assisting with administration and people processes during busy periods.
- Support with OD projects; handling restructures and redundancies.
About You
- Established People Partner, with experience of working for an SME within the creative, media, fashion/brand sector
- Comfortable balancing strategic partnering with hands-on operational HR responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and coach managers at all levels.
- A proactive, adaptable team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-moving business.
