The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Are you a creative, results-driven marketer who loves breaking away from the standard playbook? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing for two premium venues in London, bringing fresh ideas and seeing them through from concept to results.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Operations Director and working closely with each venue's management team, you'll drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, footfall and repeat custom. You'll manage existing channels and find new ways to grow our audience.
What you'll be doing
Building a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar, and managing daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, X, and Google Business Profile
Exploring new platforms such as TikTok
Keeping our websites fresh and up to date, writing engaging What's On content and publishing it via WordPress
Planning photoshoots and creating social content
Managing and optimising PPC campaigns
Maintaining the marketing plan and developing future campaigns
Making sure all materials follow brand guidelines
Producing weekly and monthly reports on performance and competitor activity, and setting benchmarks for success
What we're looking for
At least three years' marketing experience, including digital communications (hospitality or a similar background is ideal)
Strong, accurate copywriting skills for web, email and social
Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience creating reporting structures and KPIs
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated, flexible approach and comfort with change
Nice to have
Photoshop, Lightroom or InDesign skills
Knowledge of HTML and WordPress
Confidence shooting and editing video on a smartphone
