What You Will Do:
- Lead the integration of new technologies within vehicle architectures, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility with established strategies and targets.
- Act as the technical arbitrator, driving functional and attribute target delivery while representing the voice of the customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical data progression, including CAD, testing, and releasing.
- Oversee the delivery of Minimum Viable Product into both virtual and physical verification stages throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Resolve technical obstacles and escalate issues to leadership teams as necessary, ensuring timely solutions.
- Support study and Agile spike activities to address complex engineering challenges with innovative approaches.
What You Will Bring:
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of vehicle systems and component design.
- Strong technical analysis and decision-making skills, capable of interrogating and validating technical standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve complex technical issues using structured methodologies such as 8D or Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to champion Agile principles and deliver exceptional results.
