What You’ll Do
As a key member of the legal costs function, your work will centre on high-quality, technically robust costs drafting and strategic costs management, including:
- Preparing bills of costs, costs budgets, and responses to Points of Dispute.
- Drafting comprehensive costs documentation and supporting negotiating positions.
- Engaging with fee earners, opposing parties and clients to achieve the best outcomes.
- Providing practical advice on civil procedure and costs strategy.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Proven experience in costs drafting or as a qualified costs lawyer (Essential)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
