🎯 The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer (Sales), you’ll support the hiring of Sales talent across the business.
You will:
🔎 Learn how to source candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
📞 Conduct initial candidate screening calls
📊 Build and maintain candidate pipelines
🤝 Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers with interview coordination
📝 Write and post job adverts
💻 Update and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
⭐ Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process

- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in recruitment, Sales or talent acquisition
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
