The Opportunity: A well‑capitalised, growing legal business within a large professional services group, operating as a quasi in‑house ABS, is expanding its senior leadership team in Manchester and is seeking a Commercial Property Partner to lead and grow its Real Estate offering. This is a rare chance to shape a practice from a strong platform rather than inherit problems.
You will have the freedom to define the strategy, recruit your own team, and develop client relationships across the North West and nationally, supported by an established brand, strong cross‑referral channels, and significant investment.

You are likely to be an established Commercial Property Partner or a senior lawyer at Legal Director or Senior Associate level ready to step into a leadership role. You will have a strong technical grounding across mainstream commercial real estate and a commercially minded approach to client development.
