The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them overcome behavioural barriers to learning. You will implement tailored behaviour support strategies, encourage positive choices, and build trusting relationships that promote emotional regulation and confidence. Working alongside teachers, SEN staff, and school leaders, you will help create a calm and structured learning environment where pupils can thrive. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, and committed to making a positive impact. Previous experience supporting children with behavioural or complex needs is essential for this role.

This friendly primary school is in Haringey and is only a 7 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school welcomes pupils aged 3-11 and is dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported to achieve their potential.
