£500 per day (Umbrella)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme focused on the implementation of a new electronic invoicing solution across multiple locations within EMEA.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a regulatory-driven initiative, working closely with business stakeholders, regional teams, and a third-party vendor to ensure successful delivery and adoption of a new cloud-based platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements across multiple stakeholders and regions
Working with regional teams to understand current processes and identify business impacts
Producing high-quality requirements documentation and process maps (As-Is and To-Be)
Supporting system implementation activities from requirements through to delivery
Acting as the link between business users, regional teams, and external vendors
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect management
Identifying process improvements and supporting future enhancements
Helping ensure regulatory requirements are understood and reflected in business processes
What We're Looking For
Strong Business Analysis experience within complex change or transformation programmes
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience supporting system implementations and change initiatives
Knowledge of process mapping and business process analysis
Experience supporting UAT and testing activities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable engaging with teams across multiple locations and functions
Highly Desirable
Experience working on finance-related projects
Exposure to invoicing or e-invoicing processes
Experience working with third-party vendors
Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven change
