How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

You will be instrumental in the responsible development and deployment of advanced AI, working with diverse data types and applying your expertise to critical machine learning workflows.     Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols, prioritizing customer privacy above all.
    • Work with a range of different types of data, including but not limited to text, speech, image, and video.
    • Deliver high-quality labeled data, adhering to provided guidelines to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilizing in-house tools and software.
    • Assume the role of a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, creating factually and grammatically correct responses, ranking responses, and creating grammatically correct text, speech, image, and video annotations.
    • Ability to make logical decisions while performing tasks, even when provided information is ambiguous.
    • Demonstrate an eye for detail and the ability to pivot instantaneously from one category of requirement to another.
    • Support daily operational deliverables such as Average Handle Time (AHT), quality, and Turnaround Time (TAT) for multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
    • Demonstrate expertise in handling the end-to-end data execution process related to labeling tasks, with reduced dependence on work instructions.
    • Contribute to root cause analysis, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve the quality of labeling tasks.
    • Responsible for identifying day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations.
    • Demonstrate ownership in providing floor support to clarify internal queries during execution on a need basis.

    Qualifications

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • An associate’s degree or related work experience.
    • CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Swedish language.
    • Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+).
    • Strong business writing skills with the ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
    • Advanced reading comprehension with the ability to analyze complex business documents.
    • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
    • Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
    • Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
    • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

    Nice-to-Have Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
    • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research purposes.
    • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
    • Project coordination or management experience (for support functions teams).
    • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.

    Compensation

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is up to £140 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
