  • Support the Registered Manager with reporting, compliance, and operational tasks
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, induction, and ongoing staff support

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or a care coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including care management systems and Microsoft Office
  • A caring, empathetic approach with the ability to work under pressure

  • Experience working with NHS-commissioned care packages
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards

Salary and Reward

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Supportive, values-driven working environment
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunity to make a genuine difference to people’s lives
  • Career progression within a growing care organisation
