Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general office and administrative support
Managing and monitoring shared email inboxes
Updating internal systems and databases accurately
Sending documentation and correspondence to clients
Managing and maintaining electronic and paper-based records
Supporting managers and colleagues with administrative tasks
Assisting with compliance-related administration and documentation
Ensuring records are updated and stored correctly
Data entry and document management
Responding to internal and external enquiries
Supporting wider business projects as required
About You
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
