Salary: £50,000

Shift: Permanent Nights (No Weekends)

Job Role of the Hygiene Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hygiene Manager to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment for a company that continues to invest heavily into both its site and people.

The successful Hygiene Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the site hygiene function, ensuring the factory is maintained to the highest hygiene and food safety standards. You will lead hygiene teams across the night shift, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure all cleaning schedules and compliance standards are achieved.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Hygiene Manager

· Strong hygiene management background within a factory or industrial environment.

· Previous experience working within FMCG manufacturing or industrial production environments.

· Happy to work permanent night shifts.

· Previous leadership or team management experience.

Requirements for the Hygiene Manager

· Experience managing hygiene standards and cleaning operations within a manufacturing environment.

· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene compliance standards.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

· Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Desirable Requirements for the Hygiene Manager

· Experience working within FMCG manufacturing in the UK.

· HACCP or Food Safety qualifications.
