The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Your responsibilities as Technical Shift Manager
Lead the technical and quality assurance teams throughout the shift, ensuring compliance with food safety and customer standards.
Monitor production activities, investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Review and verify technical documentation including CCP, traceability and hygiene records.
Support internal, external and customer audits while maintaining site compliance.
Promote a positive food safety and quality culture across the operation.
Produce technical reports, risk assessments and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
What we're looking for in a Technical Shift Manager
Experience leading technical or quality teams within food manufacturing or another regulated production environment.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety systems, quality management and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyse production and quality data to make informed operational decisions.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and quality or production management systems, with knowledge of BRCGS and retailer standards being advantageous.
Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Science or equivalent industry experience.

Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
