* A £30m+ live programme encompassing kitchens and bathrooms (circa £9m), windows and doors, cyclical decorations and flooring, heating replacements, decarbonisation and energy efficiency, roofing, building safety works, plus commercial support for a newly procured repairs contract

What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) with significant experience at Senior QS level or above
* Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms
* Proven track record in planned works or framework contract management
* Experience in social housing, local authority, or a regulated environment is advantageous
* Commercially astute, with the confidence to challenge contractor applications and drive value for money across a complex, multi-workstream programme
First 90 Days Objectives
* Review contracts and identify risks
* Embed change control processes
* Validate cashflow forecasts
* Establish and maintain a commercial risk log
