URGENT REQUIREMENT – PLUMBER/ BATHROOM FITTER
Sector: Social Housing Bathroom Replacement Works
Maptalent are urgently seeking 2 x experienced Plumber/Bathroom Fitters for a minimum of 6 weeks on social housing bathroom replacement works in East Birmingham.
You will be working within both void and occupied properties
Main Duties Include:
* Removal and renewal of sanitary ware
* Removal and disposal of existing wall tiles / vinyl fixtures and fittings
* make good and prepare all existing surfaces
* Wall panelling ( bath and window wall )
* Extractor fan, light and shower *electrics done by other
* Side rail
* Shower rail/curtain
* Vinyl sheet flooring
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Skilled Worker (Blue) Card/Jib or similar
* Proven domestic plumbing experience
* Checkable references
* Excellent customer service skills
