Duties as Cover Supervisor:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Supervising students and maintaining a positive learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
Supporting students with completing set work
Providing feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress and behaviour
Promoting high standards of attendance, engagement, and conductIdeal Cover Supervisor:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Confident leading a classroom and managing groups of students
Flexible, organised, and professional approach
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
