We're recruiting for an ambitious and commercially focused Head of Sales to join a successful and growing business based in Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of the sales function, develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in driving business growth.
Reporting into the Sales Director/Managing Director, you'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, supporting your team to achieve ambitious targets while identifying new commercial opportunities.
The Role:
Lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.
Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts.
Create and implement sales plans aligned to business objectives.
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline activity.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to achieve commercial goals.
Recruit, mentor, and develop future sales talent.About You:
Previous experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Leader.
Proven track record of delivering sales growth and leading successful teams.
Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day sales activity.
Full UK driving licence.What's on Offer?
