The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and developing the store team while driving commercial performance.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and build a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate the store team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*
Drive exceptional customer service standards through visible leadership on the shop floor
*
Support day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless commercial execution
*
Use sales data and commercial insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
*
Develop and nurture talent through coaching, succession planning and performance management
*
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to build capability across the team
*
Maintain high standards across both front and back-of-house operations
*
Champion brand values and create an engaging customer and employee experience
About You
We're looking for an ambitious retail leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about people development.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager within a busy, high-volume retail environment
*
Experience leading teams and delivering strong commercial results
*
A track record of driving sales, profitability and customer experience
*
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
*
Excellent communication and coaching ability
*
A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business priorities
*
Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail and leadership
*
Previous London retail experience is highly desirable
