The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

What you’ll be doing:
The successful candidate will be a skilled Project Engineer leading and managing all types of Calrec’s products and services, both for external and internal customers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from sales order receipt to installation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project deliverables are met and will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
The right individual should be a great team player, have a proven track record in project engineering, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
This is your ideal role if you have:
Working knowledge of Project Engineering or Project Management in audio or broadcast manufacturing environment
System level knowledge of audio relating to broadcast applications.
Experience of working with customers to agree project technical specifications and creating internal documentation for build.
Read, understand and build quotes into a structure on ERP system.
Co-ordinate console acceptance and commissioning activity, review / evaluate any customer requests and QA sign off of final product.
