We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as the Head Chef at an American bar with an Irish twist. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary starting at £36,000 and rising progressively to £40,000 per annum in the first 6 months, plus a 10% bonus (up to £1,000 every quarter) and the potential to earn great tips. With an OTE of c£50,000 per annum, this is a truly exceptional opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and lead a kitchen to new heights.

Proven track record in kitchen management and leading a team to success

Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in a similar role

Proven track record of leading and motivating a kitchen team
Demonstrated creative input for menu design according to brand identity
