Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance & Installs: Execute routine electrical testing, fault finding, small power installations, and general repairs in accordance with current wiring regulations.
Emergency Lighting: Carry out routine emergency lighting checks (including scheduled weekend testing one week per month).
Fabric & Building Services: Perform basic mechanical, HVAC, and building fabric checks within your skill set to support overall facility operations.
Reactive & PPM Tasks: Balance planned maintenance schedules with rapid response to urgent site repairs to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Compliance: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and strictly adhere to health, safety, and site security protocols.
The Package
Base Salary: £39,500 per annum

Weeks 1 to 3
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 15:30
Friday: 07:00 - 12:30
Week 4
Monday to Friday: 10:30 - 19:00
Weekend Work: One week per month
Candidate Requirements
SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent NVQ/Apprenticeship) in Electrical Installation / Maintenance.
18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
2 to 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical maintenance experience.
Strong team player with a practical, multi-skilled approach to general facilities maintenance.
