The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Just Recruitment is working with a growing and well regarded organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury - they are looking for a 'Part Time Customer Administrator' on a permanent basis to join their friendly and long standing team.
This role is being offered on a part time basis, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 2pm (please note flexibility is required to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods - where you may be asked to work 5 days a week)
The key purpose of this role is to provide a highly efficient, commercially focused customer service for both internal and external customers as well as managing order acceptance and invoice processing, in line with customer and business requirements.
This role is the key contact between Sales, Production, Accounts, QC, Regulatory and Distribution teams, ensuring high levels of service are achieved.
Duties include:
Ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction are delivered to our customers and build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Receive and process all customer purchase orders within 24 hours and send order acknowledgment or confirmation where appropriate. Ensure that correct pricing information is available for new orders received, and if necessary, request information or guidance from the relevant Sales Manager.
Provide timely responses to internal and external customer requests and enquiries, for example order status requests, order amendments, transportation delays etc.
Allocation of stock to orders to allow warehouse and distribution teams to process dispatches.
Plan transportation to support the agreed delivery dates to our customers.
Produce and distribute invoices
Processing sample requests.
Learn a basic understanding of other team members' roles in logistics, supply chain & purchasing to assist with holiday/absence cover.
To be proactive in maintaining and developing knowledge and skills to meet the needs of this position. Is expected to undertake training as directed by the business to develop experience and capability
Be willing to work additional hours when required during team absences.
