An opportunity has arisen for an Export Coordinator to work for a well-established manufacturing business. We are looking for a proactive and organised Export Coordinator to join a warm and friendly team and play a key role in supporting our customers, distributors, agents and international sales markets.
  
This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, export administration and international shipping, so we are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and confident communicating with both customers and internal teams.
  
Job Description for the Export Coordinator role:

As the Export Coordinator you will be communicate with customers, agents, distributors and freight forwarders
Enter customer orders onto the system
As the Export Coordinator you will communicate with various internal departments to progress the orders
Understand shipping terms and what is required to ship internationally
As the Export Coordinator you will arrange international shipments and complete the required export documentation including invoices and packing lists to ensure fast delivery
Answer customer queries
Process customer complaints
Support the Head of Sales for your markets
Understand your markets and provide accurate information for internal reports  Candidate Requirements for the Export role: 

PC Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Export or Shipping is essential
Knowledge of Export documentation and accuracy in completing such documents.
Good communication and telephone skills
Fluent in a European language is an advantage, but not essential
Industry and product knowledge is an advantage, but not essential This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Shipping Administrator, Shipping Coordinator, Exports, Export Administrator or similar
  
This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Keele, Newcastle under Lyme, Crewe, Congleton, Eccleshall, Stone and surrounding areas
  
Location: Stoke on Trent
  
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 2:30 pm after training the role will move to hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days at home
