The Role:
Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials provided by the school
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Encourage and motivate students to remain engaged with their work
Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Adapt confidently to different subjects, classes and school environmentsWhether you're supporting a PE lesson or supervising a maths class, your confidence and enthusiasm will shine through!
Who We're Looking For:
Sports coaches or sports graduates with a confident, positive approach
Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring, youth work etc)
Aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience
Reliable, flexible and professional individuals
Candidates with strong behaviour management and communication skills
People who can motivate and encourage young peoplePrevious school experience is not essential - we're particularly interested in candidates who have transferable skills and a genuine interest in working with young people.
