This growing contractor operates across Wessex, specialising in luxury residential projects, including both new builds and full refurbishments. Working with a variety of exclusive clients and property developers, they have built a strong reputation for quality since their inception. Due to a period of growth and an increasing workload, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, with your time split between the office and occasional site visits. You will assist in producing cost plans and cash flows, as well as preparing tenders and pricing documents. You will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor throughout the tender process, evaluations, and contract negotiations. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will attend site and client meetings to help ensure projects run smoothly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual looking to take their next step into a commercial role, who already has the grasp of what it is to be a Quantity Surveyor.

Working on high-end residential projects
