Retail Travel Manager Duties – each day will not be the same
* Day‑to‑day running and performance of the branch.
* Lead, motivate and develop your team, ensuring standards remain high while driving sales and operational efficiency.
* Taking full ownership of store performance, including sales targets and KPIs
* Leading the team on exceptional customer service standards across all channels.
* Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to reach their full potential
* Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
* Monitoring individual and team performance.
* Driving sales through effective upselling and promotional activity
* Analysing performance data and implementing improvements where needed
* Working closely with senior management on strategy, forecasting and growth
* Creating a positive, supportive and results‑driven working environment
Retail Travel Manager – Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a Retail Travel Management role within a travel agency is essential.
* A strong background in achieving sales targets in a retail environment
* Confident leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
