Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section
Help train and supervise demi-chef de parties or commis chefs
Support the sous chef and head chef in developing menus and new dishes
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance
Monitor portion sizes and waste to ensure profit margins
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a motivated Chef de Partie with:
Experience in a similar role or strong culinary skills
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team and help train junior staff
A passion for creating quality dishes and maintaining high standards
