Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis chefs
Assisting in developing new dishes and menus in collaboration with the sous and head chef
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained
Monitoring portion sizes and waste to support profitability

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a dedicated culinary professional who:

Has experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy environment
Demonstrates strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Is capable of leading and inspiring kitchen team members
Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Is passionate about creating quality dishes and continually improving
