Description
Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support the organisation's financial planning.
Analyse financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data.

A successful Management Accountant should have:
Professional qualifications in accounting or finance or equivalent education.
Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounting within the property industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
