The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

What will you be doing?:
Wiring and assembling electrical control panels and sub assemblies from drawings and parts lists
Mechanical assembly of cubicles and frameworks
Completing assembly record cards for traceability and compliance
Working to company standards and quality procedures
Identifying and correcting faults or rework during inspection and test
Updating issue logs and liaising with design engineers
Supporting production deadlines with a flexible approach when required
Assisting in leading a production bay alongside the team leader when needed
Where will you be doing it?
You will be based on site in Stone, Staffordshire, working as part of a wider assembly and test team within a well established system integration business operating across highly regulated sectors including energy, water, renewables and manufacturing, delivering complex control and automation projects.
What will you need?
Experience in control panel wiring or similar
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams
Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to working hours when required
Eligibility to obtain SC clearance
