Our client, a well-established, family-run maintenance contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality services across London, is looking for a Plumber Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team covering South London.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Plumber / Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in Croydon, Merton and Surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, with plumbing as the main trade.
Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing repairs and finishes to a high standard
*
Carrying out additional trades as required (e.g. basic carpenrty, tiling, decorating, patch repairs)
*
Delivering responsive maintenance in occupied and void properties
*
Ensuring all works are completed on time, safely, and to company standards
*
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Plumber/ Multi Trader
*
Previous experience in social housing / responsive maintenance preferred
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong customer service skills

£40000.00 - £42000.00 per year
