Senior People Administrator
12 month FTC minimum
Northampton (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our clients HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing a first-class administrative service across the employee lifecycle.
Supporting a fast-paced business environment, you will play a key role in ensuring all HR transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

The role:

Processing all HR administration relating to the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.
Producing offer letters, contracts of employment, and HR correspondence.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within the HR system.
Supporting payroll by processing employee changes and providing relevant information.
Managing HR inbox queries and responding in a timely and professional manner.
Administering absence, holiday, maternity, paternity, and other employee benefits records.
Assisting with compliance checks, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding processes.
Producing reports and HR metrics as required.
Providing administrative support to the wider HR team and managers across the business.
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous HR administration experience, ideally within a busy HR environment.
Possesses excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Is confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy.
Has strong communication and customer service skills.
Understands the importance of handling confidential information.
Holds, or is working towards, a CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
