Full-time permanent position
£44,000 to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working 4-on 4-off, either 7am to 7pm OR 10am to 10pm

Leading, coaching and developing a shift team to deliver departmental KPIs
Delivering the supply chain production plan and flagging any drift from target
Enforcing site health, safety and food safety standards, and completing accident investigations
Controlling raw material usage and direct labour, material and utility costs using SAP
Driving performance improvement through lean manufacturing techniques and root cause analysis
Managing shift handovers, reporting performance metrics and cascading information to the teamTo be considered as a Manufacturing Shift Manager, you will need:
Previous production or manufacturing management experience within FMCG is essential
Experience of budgetary control and cost management is essential
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate and develop a team
Ideally have experience of 24/7 operations across 12-hour shift patterns
