How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for policyholders, guiding them through the claims process with care and professionalism. You’ll keep clients informed every step of the way, ensuring they feel supported and confident in the service they receive. Whether it’s liaising with insurers, recovery agents, or solicitors, you’ll ensure claims are handled efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your expertise, staying up to date with market trends, insurance legislation, and technical knowledge. By balancing your workload effectively and maintaining accurate records, you’ll help us deliver a seamless claims experience that truly makes a difference.
About You
- A background in the insurance industry, with experience in claims handling.
- The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in writing.
- A proactive approach to identifying potential risks and seeking advice when needed.
- Strong organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a commitment to process adherence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
