Telesales Team Leader

We're looking for a confident, organised, and results-driven professional to join a team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small but busy telesales operation, ensuring performance targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

As Telesales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a telesales team, ensuring individual and team performance meets business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting clear sales targets and performance objectives, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback through one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
Monitoring productivity, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supporting team members through coaching, training, and ongoing development to maximise performance.
Managing and maintaining the company CRM system, ensuring customer information is accurate, up to date, and reporting is completed effectively.
Investigating non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Producing regular performance reports and communicating results to senior management.
What We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced Telesales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Contact Centre Team Leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results.

You'll also have:

Previous experience leading a telesales or contact centre team.
Proven experience setting, monitoring, and achieving sales KPIs and performance targets.
Strong coaching and people management skills, including conducting one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
Experience monitoring call quality and using performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive approach to identifying performance improvements and implementing effective solutions.
A solid understanding of compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within a telesales environment.
