Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
Location: wc1
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Excellent Package
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver high-value commercial fit-out projects ranging from £10 million to £15 million.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on prestigious commercial developments, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
The Role
* Manage mechanical building services packages on commercial fit-out projects valued between £10m–£15m.
* Lead projects from procurement and planning through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Monitor project costs, manage variations, and provide regular progress reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety and industry regulations.
About You
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects valued between £10 million and £15 million.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, public health, and mechanical building services.
* Demonstrable experience managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Relevant mechanical engineering qualification preferred.
* SMSTS and CSCS certification are desirable.
