Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across Kent, Surrey and West London?
We are seeking a driven Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installation projects from pre-construction through to handover. The successful candidate will manage programmes, subcontractors, client relationships and commercial performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
* Manage electrical projects from inception through to completion.
* Oversee site teams and specialist subcontractors.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Manage project programmes, procurement and resources.
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, budget and programme requirements.
* Carry out regular site visits, progress meetings and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and company procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations.
* Experience delivering commercial, public sector or refurbishment projects.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience delivering projects within HM Prisons or secure environments.
* Current EL1 Security Clearance (preferred but not essential).
