Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
We are currently seeking a number of dedicated and passionate Primary Teaching Assistants to work in our schools that are based across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to cover day to day supply, short-term bookings and long-term roles.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant your main responsibilities will consist of:
Not only supporting pupils educational development but also managing and supporting the classroom alongside the designated teacher
Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom
Providing tailored assistance for SEND pupils
Monitoring students and reporting to designated teacher when needed
De-escalating behavioural conflicts and recognising good behaviour in accordance with the schools policiesTeaching Assistant Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
Relevant qualifications or experience
