What We Offer:
* Tech level = £41,500 (basic) per year basic salary (£798 per week) plus uncapped bonus potential, also offering a £46,000 for a senior tech plus bnus and below bonus scheme.

Your Role:
* Work Monday to Friday (days) plus Saturday mornings
* Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
* Deliver high-quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
* Provide excellent customer service every time
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers
* Maintain strict health and safety compliance
Requirements:
* Previous multi-skilled vehicle body repair experience
* BS 10125 or NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
* ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
