Description
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class front-of-house experience
Managing reception, calls, post, meeting rooms, and office facilities
Coordinating suppliers, contractors, catering, and office maintenance
Supporting client onboarding, CRM management, and operational administration
Assisting with IT administration and business improvement projects
Helping to organise networking events, seminars, and client functions
Maintaining accurate records, data, and marketing databases
Working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting a collaborative office environmentProfile
At least 3 years' experience within a professional services environment
Strong reception, administration, and client-facing experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident user of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to get involved across the business
