The Opportunity
A great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing fit out contractor delivering hospitality and leisure projects across the UK.
This role offers the chance to work on fast-paced, design-led refurbishments within bars, restaurants and hospitality environments. You’ll be part of a close-knit commercial team, taking ownership of projects and playing a key role in ensuring commercial performance across multiple schemes.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the commercial delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects.
* Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts and CVRs.
* Procuring subcontractors and managing packages.
* Producing valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Managing change control and project costs.
* Supporting procurement and supply chain management.
* Working closely with site and operational teams.
* Monitoring project profitability and performance.
About You
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
* Background in fit out, refurbishment or interiors preferred.
* Strong understanding of commercial processes and contracts.
* Comfortable working across multiple fast-paced projects.
* Commercially aware and detail focused.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
