Site Administrator
The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support our busy site teams.
This is a varied role involving site administration, onboarding, HR support, training, timesheets and day-to-day coordination. You'll work closely with site management, employees, clients and HR to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage site inductions, onboarding and access cards.
Maintain employee records, contracts and site documentation.
Coordinate safety-critical medicals and medical records.
Support timesheets, payroll queries, holidays and absence records.
Coordinate training and maintain training records.
Prepare daily and weekly reports and meeting minutes.
Support HR with employee documentation and updates.
Deal with gate access, visitor passes and general site queries.
Provide general administrative support to the site management team.
What We're Looking For
Previous administrative experience, ideally in construction, civil engineering or a site environment.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
