A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Customer Liaison Officer to join our team.
The key responsibilities of the role will be to assist the Compliance team by providing an effective and efficient customer liaison service, acting as a main point of contact for residents in relation to statutory and planned compliance activity, (for example gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety and other property compliance requirements), with a particular focus on engaging customers and securing access to hard-to-access properties.
You will also support the planning, coordination and delivery of compliance programmes, driving high levels of tenant satisfaction through proactive communication, education and reassurance regarding compliance requirements.
This role is expected to be office and site based, with a minimum of one day per week working from our office and a minimum of one day per week working on site (subject to service need).

Scope for some agile working (homeworking) and flexibility of working hours balanced with operational needs.
To succeed you will have customer facing experience alongside experience of liaising with contractors and/or operatives to coordinate appointments, access and customer communications. In addition, you will have experience of supporting the delivery of compliance programmes, (e.g., gas, electrical, fire safety) and/or planned operational activity. Excellent communication and administrative skills are required, along with the ability to analyse data and produce reports.
