The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a First Impression Assistant to join the firm's established Front of House team, providing exceptional reception, hospitality and administrative support to clients, visitors and colleagues across its Bankside and Mayfair offices.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors and colleagues
Managing incoming telephone calls, enquiries and internal communications
Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring facilities are prepared to a high standard
Supporting client hospitality, including refreshments, meetings and events
Assisting with audiovisual equipment, video conferencing and hybrid meeting arrangements
Liaising with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of Front of House services
Maintaining accurate administrative records and assisting with invoice processing
Coordinating daily reception activities and ensuring effective communication across the team
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistently high standards of client service
Providing additional administrative and hospitality support as requiredRequirements
