Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Barista to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate should enjoy serving customers, preparing quality coffee and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
* Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.
* Restock supplies and ensure ingredients and equipment are ready for use.
* Follow food safety, health, and safety procedures.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

* Previous barista or café experience is desirable but not essential.
