About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress to ensure children achieve their learning objectives.
Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning requirements.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes towards learning.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, the SENCO and other staff to support pupils with additional needs.
Contributing to curriculum development, staff meetings and the wider life of the school.
Maintaining high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour and wellbeing.The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Has excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Can plan creative, engaging and differentiated lessons.
Is committed to inclusion and supporting pupils with SEND.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Is reflective, adaptable and committed to their own professional development.
