Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a varied role within a professional and busy environment?
TurnerFox Recruitment is recruiting for a well established organisation looking for an organised, proactive and professional Administration Assistant to join their busy team.
This is a varied administrative role supporting HR, Finance and the Practice Manager, with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.
The role of Administration Assistant will include:
Maintaining staff records including holidays, sickness and attendance
Supporting recruitment, including advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews
Assisting with new starter inductions and onboarding
Maintaining staff training and development records
Monitoring office supplies and stationery
Providing reception cover when required
General administration including filing, scanning, photocopying and record keeping
Supporting the Practice Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks
Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyThe ideal candidate for the role of Administration Assistant will have:
Previous administration experience is essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills and a professional manner
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Good IT skills and confidence using office systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive, reliable and able to use your own initiative
